Refund policy - Mer Aux Trésors

If you would like a refund for an order placed with Mer Aux Trésors, please follow the terms and procedures listed below.

Return conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The products must have been received.
  • Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original, unaltered packaging.
  • Products damaged or with obvious signs of wear will not be eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be considered depending on the degree of wear.
  • We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns. Opt for shipping with tracking to ensure receipt of your return.
  • If an address error is made by the customer when ordering, we are not responsible for the consequences of this error.

Return procedure:

  1. Check your eligibility for return by respecting the conditions above.

  3. We will provide you with the return address. You can choose the shipping method that suits you.
  4. Once the products have been received and inspected, we will inform you by email of our decision regarding your refund.
  5. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 10 days

Specific cases:

  • Non-receipt of order : If you have not received your order 60 days after the purchase date, contact us with your order number at merauxtresors.contact@gmail.com for a refund.

  • Non-compliant or damaged products : If the products received are damaged or different from your order, and if less than 14 days have passed since their receipt, contact us for a refund or exchange. If signs of wear unrelated to delivery are observed, a partial refund may be considered.

  • Cancellations and Preferences : If you would like to cancel your order before shipping or are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to discuss available options.
