HOW TO MODIFY YOUR ORDER?

  • You have 24 hours to contact us to modify your order

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items. To return a product, write to merauxtresors.contact@gmail.com to get the sender's address.
  • The package must be in perfect condition and not have been used in order to obtain a refund including the price of the product plus delivery costs.
  • Delivery costs related to the return of products are not reimbursed.

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT TO DO?

  • It is essential to check the condition of the product and its packaging at the time of delivery, to open the package and check the goods in front of the delivery person.
  • If you notice any damaged product, please send us your complaints within 48 working hours of receipt of the goods.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours .
  • Delivery times are between 12 to 15 working days due to very high demand for our products. We are doing everything we can to reduce these delays. Some items may be delivered faster than others.
